Goods
remain the property of City Blinds until we have
received payment for the goods in full. We will notify
you of acceptance of your order by e-mail to the
address given by you in the order. We regret we cannot
accept orders placed outside the United Kingdom.
The contract shall be deemed to be made in England.
All contracts made between City Blinds and the
customer shall be governed by the laws of England
and any dispute arising therein shall be subject
to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.

Goods purchased cannot be
returned unless the defect in the goods is
notified to us in writing within 7 days of
purchase and defective goods returned to
us within 14 days.
All our window blinds are rigorously quality
checked before dispatch but in the unlikely
event that you do experience any problems
or your blind is faulty please e-mail us

We will deal with your queries promptly
and if necessary arrange for a replacement
to be sent without delay.

| CANCELLATIONS |
You cannot change or cancel your order if the
goods are custom-made or have been altered in any
way as these goods will not be resaleable. We regret
that once a custom order has been accepted we are
unable to accept any changes to the goods or to
cancel your order.
If you do wish to change your order after
we have accepted it please contact us as soon as
possible (within 24 hrs)
and we will do our best to help
you.
Uncollected goods will be disposed of after 3
months.

incorrect price due to an error in the pricing

If we do cancel, we will notify you by e-mail
and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted

order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional
compensation for any reason.
